Grovtre makes tables and desks from solid boards, not veneered panels. The workshop buys standing timber from certified European forestry, air-dries it for two winters and finishes with hardwax oil, so a scratch can be spot-repaired rather than resurfaced.
Tops are through-tenoned into their legs and can be taken apart flat, which is the difference between a table that moves house and a table that gets left behind.
