Koti Studio is the in-house team, not an outside brand: design consultations, space planning, and the extended cover and protection plans sold alongside the furniture.
Consultations are booked as products and delivered by video call or in the showroom. A consultation fee is credited against an order placed within thirty days of the session.

Coverage Period: 3 years from date of purchase.
What's Covered:
- Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
- Structural failures including frame breakage, joint separation, and mechanism malfunctions
- Fabric seam failures and stitching defects
- Spring and suspension system failures
- Hardware defects including hinges, drawer slides, and fasteners
What's Not Covered:
- Normal wear and tear, including fabric pilling and minor scratches
- Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or neglect
- Damage caused by improper assembly or modification
- Colour fading due to sunlight exposure
- Damage from pets, pests, or environmental factors
- Commercial use of residential furniture
How to Make a Claim: Contact our customer service team with your proof of purchase and warranty certificate. Our specialists will assess your claim and arrange repair or replacement within 14 working days.
Transferable: This warranty is fully transferable to subsequent owners if the furniture is sold. Simply provide the new owner with the original purchase documentation and warranty certificate.
