What's Covered:

• Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship

• Fabric seam failures and stitching defects
• Spring and suspension system failures
• Hardware defects including hinges, drawer slides, and fasteners
• Wood warping or cracking due to material defects
• Leather peeling or delamination (excluding natural patina development)

What's Not Covered:

• Normal wear and tear, including fabric pilling and minor scratches
• Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or neglect
• Damage caused by improper assembly or modification

How to Make a Claim: Contact our customer service team with your proof of purchase and warranty certificate. Our specialists will assess your claim and arrange repair or replacement within 14 working days. Priority handling is provided for 5-year warranty holders.

Transferable: This warranty is fully transferable to subsequent owners if the furniture is sold. Simply provide the new owner with the original purchase documentation and warranty certificate.
